Homes has amended
their
egregious behavior
Thank you for visiting
our page where we had previously presented pictures and videos showing
harassing, demeaning and intimidating actions committed by Syncon
Homes. However, the documents and discussions have been removed
from this page.
We were not ordered
to do it. We were not directed to do it. We voluntarily removed
them because some of Syncon Homes' despicable actions have recently changed.
Let us explain.
Why did we post the
page?
We had originally
posted the page because we felt it was necessary to warn others of what
they might expect should they need to hold Syncon Homes accountable for
shoddy workmanship. Past behavior may be predictive of future
actions.
We had also posted the
page for our own protection. Public officials had suggested that
we protect ourselves from Syncon Homes' actions by running a camera
whenever Syncon Homes personnel were near us. That's how we were
able to gather the pictures, videos and audio tapes we had previously
presented.
Why the change?
However, times can
change and we believe that the changes should
be recognized. That's the reason we have removed the documents from
this web page.
We're not sure, but it finally appears
that Syncon Homes may have come to the belief that their despicable
actions were counterproductive and inappropriate. The behavior
that we found so egregious, demeaning, harassing, intimidating and
apparently meant
to instill fear and dread in us has recently ceased . . . for the
most part.
Consequently, we have
redacted the page showing their previously despicable behavior and have removed
the concerned videos from public view.
What if it doesn't
last?
Should Syncon
Homes "fall off the wagon" and resume their behavior that we
found so egregious, appalling, shocking and shameful, we will have no hesitation in
discussing the new events and recurrence of their past behavior. It
would just be the continued presentation of the situation as it unfolds.
We still believe such
a discussion and presentation of the evidence would be of value to others who might find themselves in
the unfortunate position of living with the dire consequences of
defective construction and dealing with a company like Syncon
Homes. It's something that we wouldn't wish on anyone.
Our Hope
We just hope that
Syncon Homes can stay the course. The true issue has always been
their shoddy workmanship and their need to do the right thing.
It's an issue of Right vs. Wrong.
That's where Syncon
Homes has always needed to direct their attention - away from the Wrong of shoddy
workmanship, construction defects, code violations and the dire
consequences they have heaped on the ultimate homeowner, and towards the Right
of assuming responsibility for their failures. Perhaps they will now be able to do it.
