Drain Holes

Another problem continues with the EIFS siding.  It's a simple thing, but it's something that will lead to all kinds of water-related problems.  Let's look at the pictures:

There are blocked drain holes around the bottom of the EIFS system at different places around the house.  Combined with the previously discussed defect with the siding, what kinds of long-term problems will result?  The only thing we know is that whatever problems come from such defects are not good ones.
