Our 2007 Syncon-Built La Costa home in Minden,
Nevada, was built with a variety of serious Construction
Defects and Code Violations by Syncon Homes. Since we
have subsequently seen some
of the same defects in other Syncon
Homes' houses, including all of the remaining unsold inventory in
their La Costa tract, we decided to create this website to showcase Syncon Homes':

quick note about recent Syncon Homes behavior
Syncon Homes
has censored any hyperlink from our website that links to their
website. They've set their site to refuse the referral or bounce the link back to our
pages.
We're not
going to get into a tit-for-tat thing with them. We just think it's
sad that they appear so fearful of the truth and are so ashamed
of their product & conduct that they need to try to hide from
anyone doing their due diligence. Just
be careful because their action may actually foreshadow things to come for
those considering a purchase from Syncon Homes. If you still want to
