For any neighbors who may be reading this site, you'd be wise to check your own house for the defects listed on this website.  It takes little effort.  

We've already seen the siding problem on a few other Syncon houses in the neighborhood, and on a couple of the remaining unsold properties.  You might be surprised with what you find!  If you let it pass now, it's likely you'll regret it later.

If you find a similar defect, feel free to talk to us.  We can provide some referrals if Syncon Homes doesn't offer to fix it properly.
