Having read even a small portion of
our website, you've seen that we've been forced into seeking redress
through the construction defect system in our state. Part of that
system involves inspections. It's this step that we just completed with
the aid of some professional subject matter experts of undeniable
credentials.
Shocking Discoveries
We were absolutely shocked at the
extent of Syncon Homes' construction defects that have just been
discovered in our house.
As a result of our inspection, we found:
We're absolutely shocked with what we've found, but we're
not surprised! Our experience with Syncon Homes has taught us to be
surprised at very little.
What did we find?
At this time, we need to refrain
from providing a list of the shockingly significant defects we've newly discovered. We
will wait until
Syncon Homes has been provided with the defect list from our indisputable subject
matter experts.
We want to give them the chance to
do the right thing. We want to give them the opportunity to make things right once
they've seen the true extent of their construction defects and lack of
good workmanship.
Hopefully, they will decide to do
the right thing. They already know what they need to do.

We can just say at this time that we're not
talking about a few minor additional defects. We're now
dealing with:
Significantly serious construction defects that spring
directly from blatant violations of the building codes.
Not meaning to
minimize any of the construction defects we've already discussed, we
still have to say that the newly discovered defects far exceed in
scope and severity anything we have discussed on our
website.
We can't say it any
plainer, but to stress that we could never have imagined such defects
would have made their way to us.

Insight into Syncon's
construction defects!
We still need to hold off on listing
the shockingly significant construction defects, violations of the
County-approved Building Plans for the house and violations of the
Building Codes that Syncon Homes provided in the home they sold to us. We
want to give Syncon Homes a chance to review them. However, we can
reveal the classifications for many of the defects we have discovered.
Construction defects can be relatively
minor
items that are easy to fix. They can also be major defects that
require expensive and intrusive repairs, or they may even dictate the near
destruction of a property. Other defects can even threaten the health, welfare, and safety of the people living in
the house. It's the last kind of defects that have been found in
the house Syncon Homes built and sold to us.

construction defects we have found have been classified by the inspectors as:

They stem from Syncon Homes direct

We're not speaking of just two
defects. Many construction defects, plan violations and code
violations that threaten our life and safety have been found and
identified. That's why we've called the situation
"Shocking!"
How could Syncon
Homes build such a product and sell it with good conscience? We
don't know, but we do view their actions as entirely despicable,
completely unsatisfactory and shocking in their scope and severity.
Although our experience says
otherwise, we want to wait and see if Syncon Homes takes responsibility
for their shoddy construction that has threatened our health, welfare and
safety before we reveal the truth of their construction. We want to
give them the opportunity to do the right thing.
